Albeeville, California

Albeeville (also, Albee) is a former settlement in Humboldt County, California.[1] It was located 1.5 miles (2.4 km) south of Eureka.[1]

A post office operated in Albeeville from 1862 to 1863.[1] The name was for J.P. Albee, its first postmaster.[1] The Albee post office, a station of Eureka, opened in 1852.[1]
